At the moment, I am not taking on any clients. With everything going on, I just don’t have the time.
This year I have taken a step back to focus on my studies in London. While I wish I could do all the things, it was a great opportunity to finally focus on myself for a bit. I worked hard on training my weaknesses, managing my stress and best of all, eating more! It’s taken time, but the gains are coming.
Christmas: I started hitting ‘decent’ running splits.
The Open: 4/5 WODs done RX. Plus a +5kg snatch PB which I repped 3 times in 17.4 @47kg!!!! It was the only WOD I did scaled and by far the one I am most proud of. I hit every single rep.
April: I started seeing visible physique changes.
June: All about strength gains…..a 12kg PB on my bench to 57kg new 1 rep. 60kg is definitely there, just not that day.
This biggest changes?
I changed my outlook on diet and training. I got sick of training for a body shape. What a waste of a life constantly trying to be thinner. I started to see potential in myself. And I decided I didn’t want to be average anymore, I wanted to become really good at CrossFit. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think I’m going to get to the games or make the Olympics or anything like that. But, I want to become an outlier. I want to know I reached my potential.
So my training is now focused and programmed by Ian, head coach at CrossFit Solas. My diet is now focused on performance. Food is fuel.

Given I can’t work with clients 1-1 at the moment, I thought it would be great to create a private group to share all the information in. Not only that, I wanted the accountability and support. It’s completely FREE.
If you want a programme or diet plan, you are welcome to use mine as a template.
If you have questions, ask away and I will help best I can.
If you need accountability, come and get the support!
Hope to see you there!
