Need A Mentor?

Google can only help you so much. Sometimes, you need to talk to a real human who has been in the same position as you and has the experience you lack. Almost all successful people have had coaches or mentors, regardless of their field. So, if you are serious about getting your nutrition & training goals nailed then I feel it’s worth considering hiring someone, even if only once.

That's where I come in.

You can find our more on my About Me page but I hope that the writing on my site and through my media channels has already done a good job of letting you know that I am a good coach that cares deeply about her work. The rest of this page will give you information about my specific skill set, what the coaching process is, and who I work with, to help you decide whether you feel that my coaching is something that may be for you.

The Process

Step 1: The Application Process

To start, we will have a quick chat around your current concerns and goals. I am specific in who and how I work with and lay out expectations from the outset. There is no cookie cutter approach here - both of us will have a lot of work to do and I want to be sure you understand the process. If you decide choose to become a client, we will progress to Step 2.

**Please note that places for my 1-1 coaching are limited and I cannot guarantee that I can accomodate you immediately.**

Step 2: Initial Set Up

I will require you to complete an extensive questionnaire and food diary so that I can begin to build a picture of your current diet and progress to date. From there, we will have our first meeting - a 60-90 minute session where we dive deep into discussing your goals and plans. If you choose to receive a training & nutrition plan, we will also conduct a fitness screening and movement assessment at this stage.

The aim of this set up phase is to get you making the fastest possible progress towards your goals.

Step 3: Your Protocol

Following our meeting, I will create a protocol for you within 2-3 working days. This will be your plan of attack for the coming weeks.

Depending on your needs, this plan will cover things like:

  • An overview of your plan with step-by-step guidance
  • Food lists, shopping guides and recipes
  • Supplement recommendations (separate cost)
  • Macronutrient targets, example meal templates, with customisation rules to help the food fit your preferences, including personalised meal timing suggestions for your schedule.
  • Tracking and adherence guidelines.
  • Personalised Training Programme.
  • Further Testing: At times, it may be necessary to test further to get a clearer picture of what's going on. Tests include: full thyroid panel, stool test, heavy metals, gluten intolerance and basic blood tests. Separate fees may apply.

Step 4: Ongoing Support

Now it's your turn.

Any training and diet plan will produce results for a time. But as we progress our training and dietary needs change and they need to be adapted. This is where the real skill of coaching comes in AND where your role is crucial.

  • I will provide you with a check in template which I will expect to be sent to me every 1-2 weeks. Taking this information, I will be able to make all and any necessary adjustments to your diet and training plan to keep you progressing.
  • You’ll learn how to become independent. I do not aim for repeat business, I aim for referral business. I want you to look the part and feel awesome for years so that people ask you how you did it.

Got Questions?

Where are you based?

I work with clients both in person and online via Zoom. For in-person consults, my office is in Bray, South County Dublin.

What commitment is required from me?

  • Minimum three months commitment coaching from me, a lifetime to yourself.
  • You’ll need to check in every 1-2 weeks via email, attaching the tracking spreadsheet that we’ll use to log body measurements, weight, and training data. You’ll need to write me a brief email letting me know how you feel you’re getting on, and any concerns you have.

How much does coaching cost?

– Prices are in line with my experience level. This is a very detailed and personalised service. If you are just looking for someone to throw you a set of macros and a new training routine each month then you're in the wrong place. You will see my fees laid out above under the 'Choose your Plan' section. Rest assured that I do not charge different prices for different people and there is no obligation to commit until we agree to move to step 2 of the process.

How do you handle payments?

– I use a PayPal business account. As a system, it's both simple and secure for both you and I to set up recurring monthly payments.

How long does it take to see results?

– This completely depends on your journey to date. Blood sugar balancing and energy levels can improve in a matter of days while autoimmune conditions can take a bit longer sometimes because your body needs to heal. I’m good at making initial estimations, appropriate calorie requirements and protocol direction. However, due to biochemical individuality it can still take me longer to get things right for some people than others. For this reason I don’t do one-off consultations. Adjustments as you progress and adapt are essential to continued success.

Do you have any terms and conditions?

– Yup please see HERE
